Course content.

90 minutes of in water training completed over 4 dives.
The course is perfect for UK diving, this course covers the planning and skills required to cope with problems that would normally end a dive on a single cylinder. Gas planning, shutdowns, DSMB and personal skills are all combined to boost confidence, reduce gas consumption and manage stress. This can promote safer and more enjoyable recreational diving.
Although not required, we recommend EANx is used to maximise the benefits of this type of diving. The basic nitrox course can also be completed at the same time at a reduced fee.
